Our process
Client needs indetification
Our team will identify your business need, problem, and / or opportunity to find the best ways to meet your requirements.
During this step, we will discuss your company or project background, define the objective for your project, determine whether your project is feasible, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and issue a global proposal.
Planning schedule
Once the project or requirement is approved to move forward and our service agreement or sales contract is signed, based on our proposal, we will move into the planning phase.
At this stage, our team will exchange with you for braking down each steps into executable tasks, organize resources and prepare the schedule for the completion of assignments.
Execution
In this execution phase, our team will work with suppliers and manufacturers, implement Quality Control (QC) operation, coordinate logistics and export procedures and provide reporting on regular basis.
Delivery
Once our team has completed their work on your project, final technical documentation will be released, cargo inspection and / or factories / warehouse audit reports will be provided along with all relevant documentation for handover to you.
