PURCHASE PROCESS

    Assessment the project to target the correct supplier.

    Perform company background check for supplier legal aspect and financial strength.

    Sign supply agreement with the factory (including warranty / penalties / trademark protection).

    Confirm order with factory / issue local payment in RMB or USD / confirm production lead time

    Issue production manual according to buyer’s requirements.

    Follow up with the factory and conduct an in-line inspection of the factory during production if necessary

    Schedule pre shipment inspection and logistic arrangements.
